Loot is the name of the game in Sea of Thieves. Every pirate is in search of the best treasure and the best rewards for himself and his fellow sailors. But in addition to finding loot in the game, their loot can also be found through Twitch Drops. Typically, Twitch Drops are activated by a streamer while they are playing a specific game. If the streamer allows it, you can watch their stream for an hour or two to unlock the drop, depending on the viewing time required! This reward has a limited time and will usually expire in a week or two. If no streamer allows a drop for a specific game, you can always find new loot by following the steps below.
The first step
Screenshot by our guides Start by opening Twitch and signing in, if you aren’t already. Next to notifications and whispers at the top right, you should see a small crown like the image above. Click on this icon and a drop-down menu should open. Screenshot by our guides At the top of the menu, click the purple button that reads: Visit the Prime Gaming Loot page. Screenshot by our guides On this webpage, you will need to log into your Amazon account to access Twitch loot. After logging in, a search bar will be located on the right side. Type in Sea of Thieves and the most recent and available loot will appear. Click on the small blue Claim button to go to the next step. Screenshot by our guides After clicking Claim, all available Twitch loot will be listed as shown in the image above. Anything highlighted in blue is what is available for trading. Click the Claim Now button to continue. Screenshot by Guides Next, you will need to link your Amazon account to your Sea of Thieves account. At the bottom of this page, a blue button will take you to the Rare website. Click on it and continue.
Screenshot by our guides Now that you are on the Rare website, a page will appear prompting you to link your Amazon account. Click Link Account at the bottom, sign in to your Amazon account, then click Next once you’ve returned to the page above. Finally, follow the next steps on the screen and then click on the Return to Prime Gaming button. Once you’re back, click the End Claim button, and you should be good to go!
