Image via TRAGsoft Coromon is an upcoming Pokémon-inspired game that harkens back to the classic old-school monster-catching days. In a recent trailer, it was given a release date of March 31, 2022. While fans wait for the full release, a demo on Steam is available to try now. Those who check it out may wonder if progress from the demo will carry over to the full game. The answer is yes: players will be able to transfer their progress from the Coromon demo to the full game. Developer TRAGsoft confirmed this via Twitter, which you can look at below. Unfortunately, the demo is only available on Steam, so it’s unclear if players can transfer their data to the Nintendo Switch upon release. Related: Is there co-op/multiplayer in Coromon? Good news for people playing the demo! After some deliberation, we found a way to transfer the most important data from your demo save file when released. This includes your Coromon, quest progress, and items. But note that all XP beyond the demo level cap will be voided. — Coromon (@CoromonTheGame) March 3, 2020 In the demo, players can get a feel for Coromon, its monsters, world, and gameplay before deciding whether to purchase the full game. Those playing the demo can continue where they left off on launch day. If you don’t know what Coromon is yet, you have a little time before its release!
